1. August 6, 2026
   • added Download your whole workspace — or your whole organization — as a ZIP. Documents come out as Markdown files in their folder structure, assets as the original files. Workspace admins will find it under the workspace's Settings, and org owners and admins on the organization page.
   • added Organizations can now be deleted by their owner. It's not a trapdoor: the org and every workspace in it sit in Settings → Restore for 30 days before being permanently removed.
   • changed The account trash page is now called Restore, with separate sections for organizations and workspaces.
   • added A maximize button on the document reader expands it to fill the window — useful for long documents and wide tables. Esc (or the button) puts it back.
   • added The workspace navigation can be collapsed to a slim edge tab when you want the room; TeamBrain remembers your choice.
   • fixed Wide tables in documents now scroll sideways instead of crushing their columns into slivers, and tables get the full width of the reader instead of being capped at the prose width.
   • fixed Opening a workspace right after creating it no longer lands on a nameless, read-only page until you refresh — it loads fully set up, name and all.
2. August 1, 2026
   • added Four themes, and a picker in Settings to choose between them: Light, Graphite, Dark and Midnight, or follow your system. Your choice applies the moment you pick it and follows you to every device you sign in on.
   • fixed Faint text throughout TeamBrain is now genuinely readable. Two of the greys we used for secondary labels and timestamps sat below the accessibility contrast standard; both have been corrected, everywhere they appear.
   • fixed Dropdown menus in the dark themes are legible again — the assignee picker and every other dropdown was rendering white text on a white background.
   • added The task list has a proper list view: one row per task, with due date, status and assignee lined up in sortable columns. Click any heading to sort by it, and your choice is remembered.
   • added When someone submits work for review, the reviewer now gets an email — so a handoff doesn't sit unnoticed. You can turn these off in Settings.
   • fixed A task's own submitted work now shows up on the task itself. It previously said "No deliverables" even when files had been submitted.
   • changed Submissions and status changes now appear inline in a task's comment thread, so the whole history of a piece of work reads in one place.
   • added Collections are reachable in one click, and any asset can be downloaded directly.
   • fixed The project rail no longer clips notification panels or tooltips.
3. July 28, 2026
   • fixed A brief server hiccup no longer logs you out. Your session lasts the full two weeks it's meant to, and a failed request now shows a retry instead of throwing you back to the login screen.
   • fixed Organisation owners can reach their own storage and AI settings again — previously only admins could, which locked out the very person who owns the account.
   • changed Guests are firmly read-only everywhere in your organisation now, enforced on our servers rather than just hidden in the interface.
   • added The hard spend cap on bundled AI usage is in place — the guardrail behind the lifetime deal. Bring your own API key and your usage is never metered.
   • changed TeamBrain is faster again, and lighter on your connection. Moving between projects no longer re-downloads the same information, background checks for new activity have been dialled right back, and a tab you've left open quietly stops polling until you return to it.
   • fixed The document editor no longer alters parts of a document you didn't touch when you save.
   • fixed Selecting text and choosing Comment now opens the comments pane and puts your cursor straight in the draft.
   • changed Busy activity feeds are easier to scan: repeated updates group into a single row instead of filling the page, and the members list groups by email and role.
4. July 22, 2026
   • added Locked pricing: Starter, Pro, and Max plans, each with monthly, annual, and a launch lifetime deal.
   • added Full support wiki, so you can find an answer without waiting on us.
   • added Full Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, under our real operating entity.
   • changed Working on a hard spend cap on bundled AI usage — the guardrail that makes the lifetime deal something we can actually stand behind.
   • added TeamBrain on your phone: a proper mobile app experience with a persistent bottom bar, so switching between your dashboard, projects and search takes one tap instead of hunting through menus.
   • changed TeamBrain is noticeably faster. Opening the app now takes a single round trip instead of a chain of them, and pages you've already visited paint instantly from cache while fresh data loads behind them.
   • changed Uploaded files, images, and fonts are cached properly now, and the document editor only loads when you actually open a document — so the app downloads far less to get going.
   • changed A new look: TeamBrain purple across the app and every email we send, plus a login page that tells you where a shared link is taking you before you sign in.
   • changed Saving now confirms itself with a toast you won't miss, confirmation prompts are ours rather than the browser's, and form errors are legible instead of buried.
   • fixed Removing someone from your organization now frees their seat properly, including people who were never added to a workspace.
   • fixed Logos and images with transparent backgrounds are visible in the asset gallery again, on a checkerboard backdrop instead of white-on-white.
5. July 10, 2026
   • added Native MCP connector — connect any AI client that speaks MCP with a single pasted address, no plugins.
   • added Morning email nudge: each teammate gets a daily summary of what's on their plate and what changed overnight.
   • added Guest accounts for clients and contractors, scoped to just the workspaces you invite them to.
   • changed Decisions now capture the reasoning alongside the change, so the why travels with the work.
   • fixed Fixed a case where large markdown files were slow to open in the workspace view.
6. June 22, 2026
   • added Built-in project management: kanban board, calendar, and comments on docs, all AI-drivable.
   • added Collections — group docs, tasks, and assets by campaign or client.
   • added One-click Markdown export of your entire workspace.
   • changed Reworked the dashboard so what's moving and what's stuck reads at a glance.
