What the built-in AI does
Every plan has basic AI built in from the moment you log in, no key needed. It runs on a low-cost open model we host, and it handles the background jobs: summaries and the daily email nudge. The real work, like drafting, planning and filing, happens in your team's own AI (Claude, ChatGPT or any AI you connect), which reads and writes your workspace. Want the built-in jobs on a better model? Bring your own key, and they run on your account.
Bring your whole team, and their guests
Seats are for the people on your team. Guests are for the clients and outside collaborators you want in a workspace without giving them a seat. Guests can read and comment on the work, and any AI they use runs on the workspace owner's plan, so a guest never affects your own limits.

Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move up whenever your team grows.
Can I get a refund?
Monthly and annual plans you can cancel any time, and you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
Do I need my own AI key to use TeamBrain?
No. The built-in summaries and daily nudges work on every plan without one. A key is optional: add it to run those on the model you choose. For everything else, your team uses the AI they already have, like Claude or ChatGPT, connected to TeamBrain.
Which models can I connect?
You bring your own key and connect the model you want. We keep a list of the models we've tested and support, and we add to it as new ones land.
Is my data locked in?
Your documents are plain Markdown and your data is yours. Export it whenever you want.
